Ingredients:

Peruvian Criollo Raw Cacao Paste, Dried Blue Lotus (15g)

Caffeine Content:

Small amount of naturally occurring caffeine in Cacao

Brewing Guidelines:

Heat 100-200ml of either water or milk (option to add blue lotus here and strain before adding cacao OR add blue lotus flower to the top of the drink)

Chop or grate 20-50g of your ceremonial cacao. Add the cacao, stir, whizz, blend for a creamy, chocolatey drink.

Option to sweeten using honey.
